Role Description The Site Head (Sales) is a full-time, on-site role based in Goa, responsible for leading all sales activities at designated luxury residential projects. This position oversees the entire sales cycle,



including prospecting, lead qualification, site visits, negotiations, and closure of sales for villas and premium homes. The role includes managing in office sales teams, setting daily and weekly targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the buying journey. The Site Head (Sales) collaborates with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with product features, pricing, and launch plans, while maintaining accurate sales reports and forecasts. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, gathering market feedback, and representing Victorino Luxury Homes as a trusted advisor to potential buyers and channel partners.
