As the Motion Graphics Designer at Holiday Inn Club Vacations, you will create engaging animations and video assets that elevate paid digital, social, and broader marketing campaigns. You will bring concepts to life through dynamic motion, thoughtful editing, and strong visual storytelling—producing content that is polished, on-brand, and optimized for the platforms where it will appear.

You will partner closely with copywriters, designers, marketers, and business units to develop campaign content for both U.S. and Mexico Caribbean audiences while managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving project needs.

Key Responsibilities
Motion Graphics & Paid Media Production
- Design and produce animated content for paid social, display advertising, teaser videos, email, and integrated digital campaigns.
- Translate marketing concepts and static creative into compelling motion systems that improve clarity, engagement, and campaign impact.
- Apply strong motion principles, typography, pacing, and visual hierarchy while maintaining brand standards across deliverables.





Video Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form marketing videos, including teaser content, cutdowns, social placements, and campaign variations in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Create and edit internal communications videos as needed, incorporating titles, transitions, graphics, music, and basic audio cleanup.
- Prepare organized project files and reusable templates that support productive revisions and versioning.

Creative Collaboration & Campaign Development
- Partner with copywriters, designers, marketers, and business units to develop captivating campaigns that are fun, engaging, and strategically aligned.
- Contribute ideas during concepting and provide motion expertise early in the creative process to identify the strongest execution opportunities.
- Develop content tailored for both U.S. and Mexico audiences, adapting creative thoughtfully for different markets and cultural contexts.
