Job DescriptionAssamé Origin, a premium artisanal kombucha brand brewed in Assam, is looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive – HORECA & Key Accounts to help expand our presence across premium hospitality and retail.
nThis is a hands-on, field-based business development role for someone who enjoys meeting people, opening new accounts and building long-term business relationships.
nThe role will initially focus on Guwahati and Assam, with opportunities to work across selected markets outside Assam as the brand expands.
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new B2B accounts across:n
- 5-star and premium hotelsn
- Premium cafés and restaurantsn
- Gourmet storesn
- Premium supermarkets and modern retailn
- Other relevant HORECA and institutional accountsn
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective accounts.n
- Connect with F&B; Managers, Purchase Managers, General Managers, restaurant owners, founders and other key decision-makers.n
- Conduct product presentations, tastings and sampling sessions.n




- Present Assamé's brand story and product proposition confidently and professionally.n
- Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate vendor onboarding and listings.n
- Follow up consistently from first contact through listing, first purchase order and repeat orders.n
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with existing accounts.n
- Monitor product availability, visibility and placement at partner outlets.n
- Identify opportunities for menu listings, events, collaborations and brand activations.n
- Maintain structured records of leads, meetings, account status and sales progress.n
- Gather competitor and market intelligence.n
- Travel to new markets as the business expands.n
