Woodbling India is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.
We specialize in furniture, doors and interior solutions, with a focus on quality, design and customized solutions for residential and commercial projects.
Role & Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
• Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects
• Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and present suitable products and solutions
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
• Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
• Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, design requirements, production and execution
• Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
• Keep track of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity
• Represent Woodbling professionally at meetings,
networking events and industry opportunities
• Achieve agreed business development and sales targets
What We’re Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of experience in business development / sales
• Experience in furniture, interiors, doors, building materials, construction or related industries will be preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Confident in client meetings and business discussions
• Positive follow-up and relationship-management skills
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Willingness to travel for meetings and project visits when required
