We work with founders, executives and organisations across the US, UK, Europe and Africa. Alongside our advisory work we run Worth Minds, our editorial and publishing platform, and a virtual employee division that provides offshore sales teams to international clients.
nWe are hiring Business Development Executives to open conversations with decision makers across international markets and convert them into clients. If you can hold a confident conversation in English, take rejection without losing momentum and want a real career in international sales, we will train you on everything else.
nWhat you will do
nResearch and build targeted prospect lists across international markets using LinkedIn and other databases




nRun daily outreach across cold email, LinkedIn, calls and follow up sequences
nWrite personalised messages that get replies instead of sending the same template to everyone
nHandle objections, qualify prospects and book discovery calls for the senior team
nPresent our services including branding, consulting, editorial features and virtual employee solutions
nUpdate the CRM daily and keep a clean, accurate pipeline
nFollow up consistently until a prospect either converts or clearly declines
nCoordinate onboarding and handover for closed clients with the operations team
nWhat you need
nConfident spoken and written English, since you will speak with international clients daily
nWillingness to make calls and send outreach every day without being pushed
nResilience to handle rejection and keep going
nBasic comfort with LinkedIn, email, Google Sheets and CRM tools
nGraduate in any stream, BBA, MBA,
