- Use advanced AI tools for analysis, planning, documentation, and workflow acceleration.n

- 1+ years of experience in program management, business operations, growth operations,



or equivalent execution-heavy roles.n
- Proof of independently owning at least one ambiguous project end-to-end with measurable impact.n
- Skills: Advanced AI tools, Excel Data Analysisn

- SQL or BI tool familiarity.n
- Experience in energy, climate, marketplace, or consumer operations.n
