nAs a Sales Executive Lead - Quota Carrier, you'll be part of a team of self-motivated, high achieving sales professionals helping small- and medium-sized business owners grow their businesses. By providing industry-leading solutions, you'll drive some of the most exciting recent technology in fintech while advancing the way the world pays, banks and invests.
nWhat you will be doing:

- Sell products and services, establishing new account relationships.n
- Build and maintain a network of prospects.n
- Reach out to potential customers to promote targeted FIS offerings.n
- Collaborate with a sales team to engage key accounts.n
- Manage leads and opportunities effectively.n
- Understand and contribute to the RED sales process, working closely with internal teams.n
- Demonstrate expertise in FIS solutions, markets, and competition.n
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights for maintaining a competitive edge.n




- Create and deliver proposals using FIS resources.n
- Close deals that align with customer needs and FIS capabilities.n
- Achieve sales targets.n
- Engage with CFOs, COOs, and CTOs/CTIOs.n

nWhat you will need:
n
- n
- 12+ years of sales and Cards/Banking/Payments industry experience, with at least 5 years in an MNC.n
- Extensive experience in client-focused roles.n
- Proficiency in negotiating contracts within the Banking/Payments Industry.n
- Familiarity with Matrix Organizations.n
- Ability to independently solve complex problems.n
- Strong background in Software and Solution Sales.n
- Hands-on experience managing RFP/RFQ processes.n
- Knowledge of financial/payment solutions technology.n
- Executive connections in the banking and financial sector.n
- Proven sales track record and industry involvement.n
- Skill in building effective relationships at all levels.n
- Travel may be required.n
