Job DescriptionJob Role: CA (Audit / Controllership)
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing and preparation of consolidated financial statements as per Ind ASn
- Review of general ledger, books of accounts and cost analysis for optimisationn
- Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve open itemsn
- Assist in Preparing MIS and reports for audit committee, Board & investorsn
- Coordinate with Statutory & internal auditors for timely closure of auditsn
- Periodic testing & documentation of internal controls, improvement initiatives and coordinating corrective actionsn
- Tracking & updating of the enterprise risk register across business functionsn
- Monitor risk mitigation plans, timelines, ownership & preparation of risk reportsn




- Participate in finance transformation and scale-up initiativesn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
- n
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)n
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and taxation basicsn
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting softwaren
- Understanding of SOX-like controls, IFC, or process documentationn
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of workn
