Company Description CottonCandyWala is a Bengaluru-based food experiences startup that has successfully executed over 2,000 social and corporate events in just over two years and has a growing franchisee network of Cotton candy vending machines. The company has deployed Cotton candy vending machines across prime Malls / Restaurants / Amusement Parks. CottonCandyWala also operates 10+ cotton candy vending machines across India, offering 100+ designs made with natural colors and great flavors. With a franchise model and venue tie-up partnerships, the company is rapidly expanding its footprint and actively seeking new brand collaborations.

Role Description The Franchisee Manager - F&B; - South is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying, onboarding, and nurturing franchise partners and venue tie-up relationships across the southern region for our flagship Cotton Candy Vending Machine. Day-to-day activities include managing franchise performance, ensuring adherence to brand and operational standards, coordinating product and service rollouts,



and supporting franchisees in achieving revenue and customer experience targets. The Franchisee Manager will regularly visit partner locations, provide training and guidance on F&B; operations, monitor inventory and quality, and collaborate with internal teams to implement marketing and promotional initiatives. The role also involves analyzing regional market trends, preparing performance reports, and recommending strategies to drive growth and brand visibility. Hunter mindset is a basic pre-requisite as this is a 0-to-1 role.
