Brand: Ascendia Window Systems Key Responsibilities • Drive zonal sales and achieve revenue, order booking and collection targets. • Develop strong business relationships with builders, architects, developers, consultants and other key channel partners . • Identify upcoming residential, commercial and institutional projects and build a strong project pipeline. • Engage with architects and consultants at the design and specification stage to create opportunities for Ascendia Window Systems. • Conduct presentations, product demonstrations and technical discussions with key decision-makers. • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, requirement understanding and quotation to negotiation, order closure and collection .



• Develop and manage key accounts and ensure long-term relationships with major customers and channel partners. • Lead, guide and review the performance of the sales team across the assigned zone. • Ensure systematic market coverage, lead follow-up, CRM discipline and pipeline management. • Coordinate with internal design, estimation, production and execution teams to ensure smooth conversion and delivery of projects. • Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing and project opportunities within the zone. • Prepare sales forecasts, project pipelines and periodic performance reports for management. Candidate Profile • 5–8+ years of experience in project sales, preferably in uPVC windows, fenestration, architectural products or premium building materials . • Solid exposure to builders, architects, developers, consultants and project customers . • Proven experience in project identification, specification selling, negotiation and order closure. • Experience in l
