nWhat You'll Do:

- Define holistic ServiceNow solution architectures spanning business processes, applications, data, integrations, security, and user experience.n
- Lead architecture and solution design across multiple ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB/SACM, SecOps, GRC, and IRM.n
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and upgrade-secure ServiceNow solutions.n




- Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and ServiceNow product roadmaps.n
- Design integration architectures between ServiceNow and enterprise applications, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.n
- Define data architecture, CMDB strategy, service mapping, and configuration management practices.n
- Drive platform standardization, optimization, and adoption of ServiceNow best practices.n
- Evaluate functional and non-functional requirements including security, performance, scalability, reliability, and compliance.n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define implementation roadmaps and value realization strategies.n
- Provide architectural governance, technical oversight, and design reviews throughout the project lifecycle.n
