nRole Overview:-
nWe are looking for a results-oriented Manager – Sales (Admissions) to lead a team of Admissions Counsellors and drive enrolments across NST's undergraduate programs. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales leadership, thrives in a high-growth environment, and has a strong track record of managing teams, improving conversions, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
nKey Responsibilities:-
nSales & Revenue

- Own admissions and revenue targets for the assigned team.n
- Drive end-to-end conversion across the admissions funnel—from enquiry to enrolment.n
- Ensure timely follow-ups and high conversion rates through structured sales processes.n




- Monitor pipeline health and proactively identify opportunities to improve conversions.n

nTeam Leadership

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Admissions Counsellors to consistently achieve targets.n
- Conduct regular coaching, call audits, role plays, and performance reviews.n
- Track individual productivity and implement action plans to improve performance.n
- Support hiring, onboarding, and training of recent team members.n

nPerformance Management

- Define and monitor key sales KPIs including conversions, revenue, productivity, and response time.n
- Conduct daily huddles and weekly business reviews to drive accountability.n
- Ensure CRM hygiene and adherence to admissions SOPs.n
