Senior Support Engineer
Job Overview
At mea platform, we have an opening for Senior Support Engineer,
he/she will have the chance to work alongside tech and operations team to help troubleshoot and optimize the platform. The individual should have a problem-solving and technical mindset and should be open to learning about our platform capabilities, tech stack, SQL, security operations, cloud security (AWS), and compliance requirements.
Key responsibilities
- Understand our Product, its AI modules, and cloud-based services.
- Act as a bridge between the tech and client solutions team, escalating and resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Provide hands-on troubleshooting and debugging support related challenges.
- Work with developers to identify performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations.
- Assist in incident management, system monitoring, and root cause analysis.
- Support CI/CD workflows, deployments, and cloud infrastructure maintenance.
