nRole Description:
nWe are looking for a highly commercial, numbers-driven professional to take end-to-end ownership of project pricing, procurement, contractual management, cost control and profitability across our Interior Design & Build business.
nThis is not purely an estimation or quantity surveying role.



The successful candidate will act as the commercial custodian of projects — from tender to final account — with direct responsibility for protecting and delivering targeted project margins.
nKey Qualifications:
n1. Tendering & Pricing

- Lead commercial evaluation and pricing of Interior Design & Build tenders.n
- Review BOQs, drawings, specifications and scope to ensure comprehensive and competitive pricing.n
- Establish project budgets, target costs and targeted gross margins.n
- Identify commercial risks, exclusions, omissions and value-engineering opportunities before tender submission.n

n2. Procurement & Negotiation

- Establish target buying prices for major packages.n
- Lead commercial negotiations with vendors, suppliers and subcontractors.n
- Drive procurement within or below approved project budgets.n
- Develop competitive sourcing strategies while maintaining required quality and delivery standards.n
