nWe are looking for a talented and passionate Residential Interior Designer with strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SketchUp and Enscape. The ideal candidate should have a valuable eye for design, understand residential interiors practically, and be able to take a project from concept and 3D visualization to execution.
nKey Responsibilities

- Develop residential interior designs based on client requirements, lifestyle, functionality, and budget.n




- Create effective space planning and furniture layouts for residential spaces.n
- Design living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining areas, pooja rooms, wardrobes, TV units, and other interior spaces.n
- Create detailed and accurate 3D models using SketchUp.n
- Produce high-quality and realistic renders and walkthroughs using Enscape.n
- Develop concepts, mood boards, colour schemes, material selections, and design details.n
- Prepare layouts, furniture plans, elevations, sections, and other design documentation required for execution.n
- Select suitable materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and accessories.n
- Present designs and 3D visualizations to clients and incorporate feedback.n
- Coordinate with the site and execution teams to ensure the approved design is implemented correctly.n
- Visit project sites when required and understand actual site conditions.n
- Identify design and execution challenges and provide practica
