Job DescriptionPosition Summary & Scope
NThis position is a cooperative one. The key KPI of the role is to partner with the Ad Sales team (Growth & Monetization) across brands (Vogue, GQ, AD, & CNT). On a day today basis this role is responsible for coordinating, tracking revenue targets of the internal Growth and Monetization Team.
NAreas of Responsibility (Key Result Areas)
NA: Data Analysis:
N1. Forecast updated: Ensuring that forecast inputs are requested and updated daily from the team, working on Annual forecast and Tracking across Print. Digital, Events, Exhibitions & Social Media
N2. Tracking the net revenue targets month on month
N3. Competitor advertiserstracking process (Monthly): Understanding competitor's client set for the specific category and developing a strategy for acquiring business from those clients.
NB. Sales Proposals and Decks
N1. Customized decks: As every client has a different need to be associated with Vogue, CNT GQ & AD each presentation and offering must be customized.
N2. QRM Decks- Design an effective template,



conduct necessary research and analysis for review of each category for the quarterly review or annual sales planning meeting
N3. Assist and Communicatewith the sales teams- Ad sales proposals, Ad Placements and Delivery requests via Client Communication Decks, Templates: Print + Digital + Events + Exhibitions + Social Media.
NC. Status Updates and Execution | Project Management
N1. Requesting and collating missing RO reports, bills receivable and invoices in coordination with the finance and the sales team, inculcating the same into the budget records for revenue tracking, mapping and forecasting
N2. Collating and Presenting weekly, monthly and yearly analysis and performance summaries for Yield, Net Revenue Targets with Stakeholders supported by mapping with Sales Teams for the Sales Planning Meetings
N3. Managing end-to-end onboarding of the Clients and assisting in completing the vendor regist
