- Adapt tone seamlessly: witty, emotional, direct, or salesy—depending on the briefn
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to ship campaigns fastn
- Continuously iterate based on performance data and feedbackn
- Maintain a strong, consistent Hindi brand voice across touchpointsn

- Proven experience writing across formats—newspaper ads, billboards, digital and short-formn
- Ability to interpret data and performance metrics to inform copy decisionsn

- Ability to simplify, punch up, and make copy memorablen




- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environmentn
