Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Cattle Feed (Panchkula / Tricity Region)
nLocation: Panchkula, Haryana (Panchkula, Kala Amb, Nahan, Paonta Sahib, Naraingarh, Ambala, Yamunanagar, Sadhaura, Zirakpur, Chandigarh Tricity, Kalka-Pinjore, and Solan belt (Punjab, Haryana & Himachal Pradesh))
nAbout the role:
nRajroop is a growing cattle feed manufacturer (mash & pellet) based in Panchkula, expanding direct-to-farmer and dealer sales across Punjab, Haryana, and Himachal Pradesh. We're hiring experienced field sales professionals to drive product penetration within a 100km radius of our plant.
nResponsibilities:

- n
- Build and manage direct customer relationships (dairy farmers, gaushalas) and dealer network in assigned territoryn
- Achieve monthly sales targets across Rajroop's product line (Super Saver, 5000, 8000, Milk Max)n
- Conduct field visits, demos, and farmer meetings to drive product trialsn




- Report market intelligence — competitor activity, pricing, demand patternsn

nRequirements:
n
- n
- Minimum 2-4 years' sales experience in cattle feed / animal nutrition / agri-input industry (mandatory — freshers will not be considered)n
- Existing relationships with dealers/farmers in Punjab, Haryana, or HP preferredn
- Two-wheeler and valid license required (own vehicle preferred)n
- Solid communication and negotiation skillsn
