Job Purpose

nTo lead and manage Ocean Freight Operations across the assigned region, ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, profitability, and effective team performance.
n

nKey Responsibilities:
n

- n
- Manage Ocean Import & Export operations across all branches in the assigned region.n
- Ensure timely and accurate shipment execution, documentation, billing, and file closure.n
- Monitor regional KPIs, productivity, revenue, GP, costs, and operational performance.n
- Drive process standardization, SOP compliance, and continuous improvement.n
- Manage relationships with shipping lines, vendors, CFS, transporters, and overseas agents.n
- Handle critical customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of service issues.n
- Work closely with Sales and KAM teams to support customer retention and business growth.n
- Identify and control revenue leakages, operational losses, claims, and unnecessary costs.n




- Lead, develop, and motivate regional Operations teams and ensure optimum manpower utilization.n
- Provide regular operational MIS and performance updates to Senior Management.n

nCandidate Profile :
n

n
- n
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Management.n
- 10–15 years of experience in Ocean Freight/Freight Forwarding.n
- Prior experience managing regional/multi-branch operations preferred.n
- Solid knowledge of FCL/LCL, Import & Export operations.n
- Strong leadership, commercial, analytical, customer management, and problem-solving skills.n
