nJob PurposeWe are looking for a Sales Executive who will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships and achieving sales targets for Kissan Energy's biofuel and energy products.

- Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new B2B customers for Biodiesel and other biofuel products.n
- Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email, references and market visits.n
- Approach industries such as manufacturing, mining, construction, logistics, transport, facility management and DG operations.n
- Understand customer fuel requirements and recommend suitable Kissan Energy products.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and convert leads into customers.n
- Maintain solid relationships with existing customers and identify repeat business opportunities.n




- Prepare and share quotations, product details and commercial proposals.n
- Coordinate with the operations, dispatch, accounts and technical teams for smooth order execution.n
- Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the company's CRM.n
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.n
- Monitor market prices, competitor activities and customer requirements.n
- Participate in customer meetings, product presentations and virtual meetings.n
- Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain healthy receivables.n
- Submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates to management.n
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.n
- Strong B2B sales and business development abilities.n
- Good follow-up and relationship management skills.n
- Ability to generate leads independently.n
- Basic knowledge of fuel, oil, Biodiesel or industrial products will be an advantage.n
