nThe Role:
nWe are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Architecture (BIM) with robust expertise in managing BIM-based architectural projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, and mixed-use developments.



The candidate will be responsible for leading project teams, ensuring high-quality BIM deliverables, managing project execution timelines, and coordinating with stakeholders to deliver projects aligned with BIM Execution Plans and client expectations.

- Lead and manage BIM-based architectural projects from initiation to delivery.n
- Act as the primary point of contact for all BIM-related project coordination and execution.n
- Effectively manage and mentor teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.n
- Conduct over-the-shoulder training, mentoring, and skill development for team members.n
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation.n

- Control and update BIM Execution Plans whenever required.n
