nWe're hiring a BDM who's spent enough time in hospital corridors and doctors' waiting rooms to know how healthcare decisions actually get made — and who's ready to lead a small team while still carrying their own number.

nWhat VAIFX Does
nWe work with hospitals and doctors as their growth partner — patient acquisition, branding, digital presence, and increasingly, connecting them to international patients through medical tourism.
n

nThe Role
nYou'll run your own pipeline — worth ₹5L a month — while also owning the output of two BusinessDevelopment Executives who together carry another ₹20L. That's ₹25L a month sitting on your shoulders, and most of it gets built face-to-face with doctors and hospital owners.

nSome days you're coaching a BDE through their first big pitch. Other days you're the one in the room, deciding when to push on price and when to hold.

nDay to day, you'll:

- Build and close your own book of hospital/doctor businessn




- Sit in on your BDEs' key meetings — to guide, or to take over and closen
- Diagnose where a hospital is losing patients or revenue, and build a plan around itn
- Turn that plan into a proposal, negotiate it, and get it signedn
- Spot hospitals with real potential for international patientsn
- Keep the CRM honest and the pipeline movingn

nWho Fits This
n5–7 years selling into healthcare — hospitals, doctors, diagnostics, pharma, or medical equipment. You know how to get past a receptionist and into a decisionmaker's calendar. You've managed or coached people before. You're comfortable being measured in lakhs per month, and most of your week is spent in the field, not behind a screen.
