nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a Performance Ad Sales Executive to drive revenue by onboarding performance-focused advertisers and agencies. This role is highly data-driven and focuses on ROI, conversions, and scalable growth through CPC, CPA, and CPI-based advertising solutions.




nKey Responsibilities
nClient Onboarding & Growth

- Onboard performance advertisers across verticals such as E-commerce, Fintech, Gaming, EdTech, and Appsn
- Understand advertiser KPIs including CPA, ROAS, LTV, and funnel metricsn
- Set up campaigns aligned to performance goals and scalability benchmarksn

nClient Servicing & Optimization

- Monitor daily campaign performance and proactively optimize for scale and efficiencyn
- Work closely with AdOps and analytics teams on tracking, attribution, and postbacksn
- Identify underperforming funnels and recommend creative, targeting, or bid changesn
- Maintain strong client retention through performance deliveryn
