We are looking for a Software Engineer (Linux Application) with hands-on experience in Embedded Linux and ARM-based processors to join our team.

Experience

1–3 years

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Linux applications for ARM-based embedded platforms.
- Develop software using C/C++ in Linux environments.
- Work with ARM-based processors and embedded platforms.
- Develop, integrate, and debug applications on Yocto-based Embedded Linux and/or Debian Linux .
- Develop and configure Linux services, daemons, and system applications.
- Debug application and system-level issues using tools such as GDB, strace, dmesg, journalctl , etc.
- Work with hardware interfaces such as UART, I2C, SPI, GPIO, USB, Ethernet, CAN , etc.
- Develop and troubleshoot Linux networking applications and TCP/IP communication .
- Perform application deployment, testing, troubleshooting, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with BSP, firmware, hardware, and QA teams for system integration.

Must-Have Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in Linux application development.




- Strong programming knowledge in C/C++ .
- Hands-on experience with ARM-based processors — any ARM platform is acceptable.
- Experience with Embedded Linux .
- Experience with Yocto and/or Debian Linux .
- Good understanding of Linux processes, threads, IPC, sockets, filesystems, and system services .
- Good understanding of Linux networking and TCP/IP protocols .
- Experience with Git and Linux shell scripting.
- Basic understanding of cross-compilation and build systems such as Make/CMake .

Valuable to Have
- Experience with U-Boot, Device Tree, BSP, or Linux Kernel .
- Python scripting experience.
- Experience with systemd and Linux service development.
- Experience debugging hardware/software integration issues .
- Knowledge of Linux performance analysis and optimization.
