- Establish annual business plans, budgets, and operational targets for all units.n
- Lead expansion, pre-opening, and transition projects across the group.n
- Identify opportunities for revenue enhancement and cost optimization.n

nMulti-Property Operations Management

- Oversee the complete operations of all hotels, resorts, restaurants, and hospitality businesses within the groupn
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards, SOPs, and guest service protocolsn
- Monitor operational KPIs and drive performance improvements across all propertiesn
- Conduct regular property reviews and operational auditsn
- Ensure seamless coordination between units and corporate functionsn

nFinancial & Commercial Performance

- Drive achievement of annual revenue and EBITDA/GOP targetn




- Monitor departmental productivity, payroll percentages, and operational costn
- Ensure optimal utilization of resources and budgetn
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly business performance reportn
- Work closely with Revenue Management and Sales teams to maximize RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, banquet revenue, and F&B; profitabilityn
- Lead cost-control initiatives without compromising guest experiencen
