Job Description
We’re Hiring: Senior Textile Designer KALISTA is looking for a talented and experienced Senior Textile Designer to join our design team in Noida . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textile design, colour, print development and surface ornamentation, along with the ability to translate creative concepts into commercially successful festive and occasion-wear collections. Key Responsibilities: • Research seasonal trends and develop original textile concepts • Create prints, motifs, layouts and colourways • Develop placement prints and embroidery artworks • Build cohesive print stories and mood boards for collections • Coordinate with fashion designers, sampling teams and vendors • Review strike-offs, embroideries and production samples • Guide junior designers and manage multiple projects and timelines • Maintain originality while ensuring designs align with KALISTA’s aesthetic Requirements:



• Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design or a related discipline • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience , preferably in Indian occasion wear, festive wear or contemporary ethnic fashion • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Procreate • Excellent understanding of colours, fabrics, printing techniques and embroidery • Strong creative direction, attention to detail and commercial sensibility • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Location: Noida Position: Full-time | In office Interested candidates can share their CV and portfolio via LinkedIn DM or email.
