nWe're looking for a senior Technical Account Manager to lead large-scale technology programs, manage key client relationships, and drive product delivery from roadmap to launch.
nAbout the Role
nAs Technical Account Manager, you'll serve as the trusted technology partner for our key accounts — leading cross-functional delivery teams, owning the client relationship, and ensuring our technology programs deliver real business value.

- Lead multiple technology programs end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and qualityn
- Provide technical direction across development, architecture, testing, and business analysisn
- Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and escalations across concurrent projectsn
- Own product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans; translate business goals into technology outcomesn
- Act as primary escalation point and trusted advisor for key client accountsn




- Lead product demos and solution presentations for senior stakeholdersn
- Support SOW preparation, solution estimation, and commercial proposalsn
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of 25+ (architects, engineers, QA, BAs)n

nWhat You'll Bring

- n
- 15–20 years of IT experience, with robust technical leadership and program management backgroundn
- PMP certification preferred/requiredn
- Proven experience managing complex, large-scale technology programs and 25+ person teamsn
- Strong product management experience — roadmaps, milestones, deliveryn
- Experience preparing SOWs and supporting pre-sales/commercial discussionsn
- Hands-on exposure to Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, and Power BI/BI toolsn
- Domain experience in Insurance and/or Accounting/Financen
- Excellent client-facing, communication, and stakeholder-management skillsn
