Hiring: Customer Care Executive | Ahmedabad
nWe are hiring for a Customer Care Executive role with a leading financial services firm in Ahmedabad.
nExperience: Relevant experience preferred; freshers may also apply
nEducation: Graduate in Commerce, Accounts, Finance, or a related field
nKey Responsibilities:
nCoordinate with mutual fund houses, insurance companies, brokers, agents, and internal teams.
nProcess and verify mutual fund transactions and insurance documentation.
nMaintain and update client records and databases.
nHandle client queries professionally and within defined timelines.
nSupport bookkeeping, compliance, reporting, and documentation activities.
nRequirements:
nGood communication skills in English and Hindi; Gujarati is an advantage.
nGood working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Calendar.
nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
nWillingness to learn and build a career in financial services.
