AjnaLens is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales to join our Sales & Business Development team at Thane (Maharashtra – India).

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional with 4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, procurement coordination, and inventory operations. This role is ideal for someone who can efficiently manage end-to-end supply chain activities, vendor coordination, inventory planning, material movement, and logistics operations while ensuring timely delivery and cost optimization.

This is a full-time role, focused on managing procurement planning, inventory control, vendor management, logistics execution, warehouse coordination, and supply chain process improvement
to support business and manufacturing operations.

Top 3 Daily Tasks:
- Drive end-to-end sales activities — prospect target accounts, conduct discovery meetings, demos/POCs, prepare proposals, negotiate, and drive deals towards closure.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline — generate current opportunities across enterprise, government, PSU, and defence accounts; maintain CRM discipline; follow up with prospects; and ensure adequate pipeline coverage against targets.
- Engage customers and drive business growth — build relationships with CXO and senior government stakeholders, develop ROI/value-based business cases, manage key accounts, and identify opportunities for pilots, programme expansion, and partnerships.

Minimum Work Experience / Education Required:
- 12+ years of professional experience, with substantial experience in enterprise, B2B, consultative, or solution sales.
- Proven experience in business development and end-to-end sales acr
