Role Description The VP Sales – Luxury Real Estate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
This role leads the luxury residential sales function, including developing and executing sales strategies, owning revenue targets, and driving growth across key projects and developer partnerships. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing and mentoring sales teams, overseeing sales operations and processes, reviewing pipelines and forecasts, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals.



The VP Sales will collaborate closely with business development, marketing, and account management teams to design go-to-market plans, optimize customer acquisition and retention, and maintain robust relationships with high-value clients and developers. The role also involves monitoring market trends in luxury real estate, refining pricing and positioning strategies, and ensuring a high-quality client experience that aligns with Pin Click’s advisory-led, zero brokerage model.

Qualifications
- Strong sales leadership experience in real estate or related sectors, with proven ability to drive high-value transactions and meet ambitious targets.
- Expertise in Sales and Sales Management, including building, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, reporting, and process optimization.
