About the Role AIRIQ 365 Limited is looking for an Executive / Senior Executive – Inside Sales to join our AIRIQ Inside Sales team. The role will focus on generating business from recent and existing agent accounts through telesales. You will connect with travel agents over phone, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels, introduce them to AIRIQ FD products, understand their travel requirements and convert opportunities into bookings and sales. Key Responsibilities Connect with new and existing travel agents through outbound calls and regular follow-ups. Introduce AIRIQ FD and explain our Flight & Hotel products to travel agents. Onboard new travel agents selling holidays and help them understand how they can grow their business with AIRIQ. Regularly connect with existing agents to update them on latest Flight and Hotel additions. Generate bookings and sales from assigned agent accounts. Increase business from existing agents by improving their booking frequency and overall sales contribution. Promote relevant fares, holiday products, offers, promotions and sales campaigns.



Understand each agent's business potential and identify opportunities to increase AIRIQ's share of their business in International Flights & Hotels. Build and maintain professional relationships with travel agents. Collect feedback on products, pricing, competition and market requirements and share relevant inputs with internal teams. Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, opportunities and sales in the designated CRM/system. Achieve assigned monthly targets for agent activation, bookings and sales. Who Should Apply? Candidates with experience in International Holiday Sales and/or Flight Sales will be preferred.
