Position Overview
The International Sales Manager – B2C will be responsible for driving revenue through international B2C sales across assigned global markets.
The role involves engaging with prospective learners, understanding their career goals and requirements, recommending relevant cybersecurity certification programs, handling objections, and converting qualified enquiries into enrolments.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and consultative selling skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to engage confidently with customers across international markets and cultures.

Job Responsibilities




- Handle and convert international B2C sales enquiries through calls, email, WhatsApp and virtual interactions.
- Understand prospective learners’ career goals, experience, requirements and timelines to recommend relevant certification pathways.
- Conduct effective sales counselling, product presentations and solution pitches for EC-Council certification programs.
- Build rapport with prospects and establish strong relationships throughout the sales cycle.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement and qualification through follow-up, objection handling and closure.
- Identify customer concerns and handle objections around pricing, certification value, experience, competition and timing.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently work towards monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Follow up with prospects through structured and timely communication to maximise conversion
