Position Overview:
Drive profitable growth of Caldic India's Nutraceuticals business by identifying and developing new business opportunities, expanding strategic customer relationships, growing the principal portfolio, and bringing innovative ingredient and formulation solutions to the Indian market.
A key focus of the role will be to work closely with Caldic's blending operations and technical teams to develop differentiated solutions, create new product concepts, and convert market needs into creative customer propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development & New Business
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across nutraceuticals, dietary supplements, sports nutrition, healthy ageing, immunity, gut health and wellness.
- Develop a strong pipeline of prospective customers and opportunities.
- Drive current customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
- Develop strategic account and territory growth plans.
- Identify opportunities to increase share of wallet through cross-selling and solution selling.




- Own opportunities from initial identification through sampling, trials, commercialization and conversion.

2. Customer Development
- Build strong relationships with R&D;, procurement, marketing, innovation and senior leadership teams at customer organizations.
- Understand customers' innovation pipelines, product concepts and formulation challenges.
- Conduct customer presentations, technical discussions, workshops and solution-selling sessions.
- Position Caldic as a solution partner rather than simply an ingredient supplier.

3. Principal & Portfolio Development
- Develop growth plans with existing principals and identify opportunities to expand their business in India.
- Identify and evaluate potential new principals and innovative ingredient technologies.
- Work with principals and blending operations to develop differentiated solutions and market propositions.
