We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Senior Associate – Instructional Designer to support the development of high-quality digital learning experiences. The role involves applying instructional design principles, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the creation of engaging, scalable,
and learner-centric training solutions. You will work closely with SMEs, designers, and project teams to deliver effective learning content across formats.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Design & Development
- Design and develop digital and blended learning modules aligned with business goals and learner needs.
- Conduct learning needs analysis and identify performance gaps to recommend suitable learning interventions.
- Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE, SAM, and adult learning principles to ensure strong learning outcomes.
- Create storyboards, content structures, and scripts for eLearning, microlearning, and ILT/VILT formats.
- Support multimedia integration by coordinating with visual designers and media teams.
Collaboration & Quality Assurance
- Work closely with SMEs and business stakeholders to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging learning content.
