Role Summary:

We are seeking a energetic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HR Tech industry and will excel in SaaS-based sales to both small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and large enterprises. This role involves managing the complete sales process from initiation to closure.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base in the HR Tech sector.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and presenting appropriate SaaS solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales activities, including prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.




- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales within the HR Tech industry, particularly with SaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated success in selling to both SMEs and enterprise-level clients.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent organizational skills with a results-driven approach.

Nice to Have:
