nWe are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales – IT Lead Generation Executive to support our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing prospects for IT services and technology solutions. This role focuses on engaging decision-makers in mid-market and enterprise organizations and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team.
nKey Responsibilities

- Generate qualified B2B leads for IT services, software solutions, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and digital transformation offeringsn
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and database miningn
- Identify and engage C-level executives, IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, and decision-makersn
- Qualify leads based on BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) or similar frameworksn
- Understand client pain points related to IT infrastructure, cloud costs, security, scalability, and automationn
- Schedule qualified meetings/demos for the sales and solution consulting teamsn
- Maintain accurate lead records and activity logs in CRM systemsn




- Work closely with marketing teams on campaign follow-ups (webinars, events, ads, emailers)n
- Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads, meetings booked, and pipeline contributionn

nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n
- n
- 2-4 years of experience in IT inside sales, B2B lead generation, or tech sales supportn
- Strong understanding of IT services / SaaS / cloud / cybersecurity / software solutionsn
- Excellent communication and business conversation skillsn
- Comfortable with cold calling and outbound prospectingn
- Experience working with CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)n
- Ability to understand technical offerings and explain them in easy business termsn
- Target-oriented, disciplined, and self-drivenn
