nAbout the Role
nTechnical Consulting / Skilled Services
nWe are looking for an experienced Technical Consultant who can bridge deep hands-on engineering
nskills with client-facing consulting. You will design, build, and troubleshoot Node.js/JavaScript solutions,
nwork across relational and NoSQL databases, and support IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
nfor enterprise clients. This role suits someone comfortable moving between writing code, advising
nstakeholders, and resolving production issues under an ITSM framework (incident, problem, and
nchange management).
nKey Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Node.js and JavaScript (ES6+).n
- Work directly with client/business stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technicaln

nsolutions,



and present recommendations.
n• Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and data models across relational (e.g.,
nPostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) systems.
n• Support and improve ITSM processes — incident, problem, change, and request management —
nusing tools such as ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or Jira Service Management.
n• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, performing root-cause analysis and driving permanent
nfixes.

- Write clean, tested, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.n
- Integrate third-party APIs and internal services; ensure secure, scalable, and maintainablen

narchitecture.
n• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (DevOps, QA, product, and support) across the delivery
nlifecycle.
n• Prepare technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge-base articles for support and client
nteams.
