Role Overview
Experience: 5–8 years

We are looking for a highly experienced and design-sensitive professional who can act as the creative quality gatekeeper for Technofocus . The role will involve critically reviewing and elevating the quality of all creative and visual communication produced by the organization.
The person will review every email, banner, website asset, presentation/deck, campaign creative and other visual communication to ensure that it meets a consistently high standard of design, brand quality, visual hierarchy and communication.

Key Responsibilities
- Critically review creative work produced by the design team and provide clear, actionable feedback.
- Review emails, banners, websites, presentations/decks, social media creatives, digital assets and marketing collateral .
- Evaluate designs for visual appeal, layout, typography, hierarchy, consistency, readability and overall impact.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with Technofocus' brand identity and professional positioning.
- Identify design weaknesses and push the team towards stronger,



more polished and contemporary solutions.
- Establish and maintain high creative and visual-quality standards across the organization.
- Work closely with designers, content teams, marketing and business stakeholders to improve creative output.
- Challenge concepts constructively rather than simply approving or rejecting designs.
- Develop design-review guidelines, quality checklists and brand standards where required.
- Stay current with global design trends, digital experiences, AI-assisted design and contemporary B2B technology branding.
- Help build a culture of design excellence and attention to detail .

What We’re Looking For
- 5–8+ years of strong experience in visual/graphic design, creative direction, art direction or design review .
- Exceptional eye for visual quality, aesthetics and detail .
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, colour, branding, UI/UX and visual communication.
