Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Rajkot. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for translating brand strategies into intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web, mobile, and social platforms. Daily tasks include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, creating wireframes and interactive prototypes, and collaborating with visual designers, copywriters, and developers to deliver cohesive solutions.



The role involves applying design thinking to solve client problems, running usability reviews, refining designs based on feedback, and ensuring consistency with each brand’s visual and verbal identity. The Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, present concepts to internal teams and clients, and contribute to continuous improvement of Nirmaan’s design processes and standards.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess solid User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking skills to solve complex problems and create user-centered solutions.
