Location: Pan India Experience: 6–8 years CTC: 15 LPA We're hiring a CMDB specialist to define and own our CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture, aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities: ● Define and maintain the CMDB strategy, data model, and architecture aligned with banking regulatory and operational requirements. ● Design configuration item (CI) classes, attributes, and relationships across infrastructure, applications, cloud, and third-party services. ● Ensure CMDB alignment with ITIL/ITSM processes, including Incident, Change, Problem, Release, and Asset Management. ● Enforce data quality and governance standards. ● Own discovery and integration processes end to end. Required Skills ● Deep expertise with enterprise CMDB platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or equivalent). ● Solid understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage). ● Strong understanding of applications and middleware. ● Strong understanding of cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). ● Hands-on experience with discovery, reconciliation, and data normalisation. ● ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB experience.
