Role Description
The Social Media Manager at TravelBoots owns our content presence — planning the monthly content calendar, writing scripts and directing reel/video shoots, and publishing across all platforms to build brand awareness and engagement. This is a hands-on role: you're not just strategizing,



you're directing shoots, briefing the design team, and publishing content yourself. You'll also monitor performance, refine what's working, and actively manage our online community — responding to comments and messages, and keeping brand voice consistent across every channel.

What You'll Do
- Plan and manage a monthly content calendar across all platforms
- Write scripts and direct shoots for reels and videos — from concept to final cut guidance
- Brief the graphic designer on posts, carousels, and creatives
- Publish and manage content directly across platforms
- Engage with the online community — respond to comments/messages, monitor trends
- Track analytics (views, engagement, saves, follower growth) and refine strategy accordingly
- Research and pitch travel-specific content — destinations, seasonal demand, festivals, traveler FOMO content
- Build a repeatable content pipeline (batching
