Hands-on experience in quality planning within a manufacturing workplace Strong understanding of product launches, process validation, and quality risk management Resilient, hands-on, and execution-focused mindset Experience working closely with engineering, production, and supplier teams Solid knowledge of manufacturing quality standards and continuous improvement methodologies Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented working style Fluent in English (written and spoken)
