Woodbling India is looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team.

We specialize in furniture, doors and interior solutions, with a focus on quality, design and customized solutions for residential and commercial projects.

Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry professionals
- Generate leads and convert opportunities into successful projects
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and present suitable products and solutions
- Develop and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure
- Follow up consistently with prospective and existing clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, design requirements, production and execution
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business
- Keep track of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity
- Represent Woodbling professionally at meetings,



networking events and industry opportunities
- Achieve agreed business development and sales targets

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in business development / sales
- Experience in furniture, interiors, doors, building materials, construction or related industries will be preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Confident in client meetings and business discussions
- Good follow-up and relationship-management skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Willingness to travel for meetings and project visits when required
