nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a CRM Platform Support Lead who will manage the day-to-day operations, support, and improvement of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
nThe person will handle CRM issues, incidents, changes, configurations, integrations, user support, and will also guide the support team.
nKey Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.n
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide technical support to users.n
- Handle incidents, service requests, and production issues.n
- Manage CRM changes, updates, configurations, and deployments.n
- Monitor CRM performance and identify areas for improvement.n
- Work on data migration, data cleansing, data quality and security.n
- Support CRM reports and dashboards.n
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and provide CRM solutions.n
- Manage CRM integrations with other systems.n
- Maintain CRM technical documentation.n




- Ensure CRM security, compliance, and data protection.n
- Coordinate with vendors and manage SLA/service-related activities.n
- Mentor and guide CRM support team members.n
- Work closely with IT, business, and other technology teams.n
- Participate in continuous improvement and CRM enhancement initiatives.n
