nQualifications: BE in Mechanical Engineering / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
nCertifications: Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel, SAP ME/ERP, Teamcenter, Siemens NX, Net -Inspect, Power BI, Visual Basic (VBA), APQP & PPAP Documentation
nMust Have Skills:

- Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and GD&T; requirements.n
- Develop and maintain manufacturing process plans, routings and work instructions.n
- Configure and support MES systems, digital work instructions and Engineering-to-Manufacturing data flow.n
- Implement engineering changes including ECN, BOM updates, process modifications and source transfer projects.n
- Lead and support NPI activities including APQP, PPAP, FAIR, SPC, MSA, process validation, qualification, and production readiness reviews.n
- Develop and maintain Quality Plans, Control Plans, and Inspection Plans.n
- Support production operations, resolve shop floor issues and monitor manufacturing KPIs.n
- Investigate non-conformances and customer complaints using RCA 8D, and 5-Why methodologies.n
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, and Maintenance teams.n
