n Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in client handling, customer support, marketplace
noperations, or inbound business coordination (preferably within FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce).
n Communication Skills: Flawless written and spoken English communication. Ability to write clear,
npolished emails and engage professionally over digital channels.
n Work Ethic: Strong multitasking ability, high attention to detail, and a structured approach to tracking
norders and client conversations.
n Work Model: Dedicated in-office role from our Pune facility (no travel required).
nRole Overview
nWe are seeking an articulate, proactive, and detail-oriented Business Development & Marketing
nExecutive to manage incoming client relationships, marketplace order workflows, and front-line customer engagement.



This role focuses entirely on inbound inquiries, client nurturing, and operational order execution with exposure to social media and influencers. There is no outbound hard selling, cold calling, or field travel involved.
nKey Responsibilities
n1.Inbound Business Development & Client Handling
n Manage and convert inbound inquiries from corporate gifting clients, one-time bulk buyers, cafes,
nand institutional accounts.
n Understand client requirements, prepare clear commercial quotes, and coordinate dispatch schedules.
n Maintain relationship records and facilitate repeat orders from existing institutional and gifting
npartners.
n2.Marketplace & B2C Order Management
n Oversee daily B2C order flows across major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Smytten,
netc.).
n Track dispatch timelines, monitor delivery metrics, and resolve transit-related escalations with
noperations
