About the Role

AIRIQ 365 Limited is building and expanding its Hotel Business and is looking for three highly experienced hotel contracting professionals to join us as Consultants for the India market.

This opportunity is specifically designed for senior travel and hospitality professionals who have spent a significant part of their careers in hotel contracting, hotel supply, destination management, tour operations, bed banks, OTAs or B2B travel businesses and have developed strong relationships with hotels and hotel chains across their respective regions.

We are looking for professionals who now want to use their experience, relationships and market knowledge to consult, guide and actively participate in building a hotel business from the ground up. This is not a conventional sales role.



The primary objective is to help AIRIQ build a strong, commercially competitive and directly contracted hotel portfolio across India.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and recommend hotels and hotel chains that AIRIQ should directly contract within the assigned region.
- Use existing industry relationships and market knowledge to establish connections with hotel owners, senior management, sales teams and commercial decision-makers.
- Support AIRIQ in developing strategic relationships with independent hotels, regional hotel groups and national hotel chains.
- Lead and support commercial negotiations with hotels for competitive B2B rates, commissions, inventory and other commercial arrangements.
- Negotiate opportunities including agile rates, static rates, special rates, promotions, soft blocks, hard blocks, pre-purchase inventory and other strategic contracting models, wherever commercially relevant.
