- Structure on-boarding training requirements, Pre Process, Process, customer Visits etc
- Imparts Recent Hire Training to trainees from a classroom-training standpoint and ensure maximum knowledge retention resulting in better throughput.
- Delivers Workflow Specific Modules pertaining to Adult videos, pornography, hate, violence, harmful & dangerous acts etc.
- Participates in Client Calibration and ensure the latest updates in each meeting are cascaded to respective teams
- Ensures that all new employees go through the defined new learning path for their respective roles in the
