Job Summary
The role will support global finance operations with responsibility for employee expense reimbursement, Australian accounting activities, global month-end closing, and financial calculations relating to CIP for R&D; and IT. The position requires solid attention to detail, sound accounting knowledge, and the ability to work effectively across multiple regions and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle global employee expense reimbursement in accordance with the Company's Travel & Expense policies, including review of expense reports, supporting documentation, policy compliance, and required approvals.
- Coordinate with employees, managers, and relevant stakeholders to resolve expense-related queries, discrepancies, missing documentation, and policy exceptions.
- Support day-to-day accounting activities, with a primary focus on the Australian entity, including cash application,
