Role Description The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing and growing Design India Collective’s presence across social media platforms,



ensuring alignment with the organization’s educational and creative mission. This full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and adjust strategies to improve visibility and community interaction. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with educators and students to develop content ideas, writing and editing social media copy, coordinating visual assets with designers, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The role also includes staying current with social media trends, tools, and best practices relevant to art and design education.

Qualifications
- Solid skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing
